We don’t just do coaching. We don’t just do bikefitting, fitness testing etc..
We have qualifications in a wide range of areas and offer all services athletes will need to get them to the start line of their event in the best shape.
We realise all athletes and goals are different so we don’t do one size fits all!

No two athletes are the same.
Each requires their own needs and requirements to gain success. That’s why at Podiumfit we don’t do one size fits all in any of our services. Everything is tailored to the athletes fitness level, goals, budget and lifestyle so that they get the best out of their training, whether its setting individual training zones, diagnosing a muscle imbalance and setting corrective S&C to individual training plans, we’ve got you covered.
Head Coach - Paddy Mc Laughlin
Paddy has been working in the fitness industry for over twenty years and has acquired a vast range of qualifications and experience in a wide range of fields.
A level 3 Triathlon coach, Paddy also holds coaching qualifications in Swimming, Cycling, Mountain Biking & Running, and works a Coach Tutor and Developer for Triathlon Ireland. Holding degree in Strength & Conditioning, Exercise and Health Studies, Paddy is also a certified Bike Fitter and has over 20 years experience working as a Physical & Manipulative Therapist.
In his years of coaching Paddy has helped 100s of athletes of all levels and abilities achieve their sporting goals, from completing their first triathlon to podiuming at Elite National Championships, finishing a Deca-Ironman to running over 600km from Mizen Head to Malin Head in 6 Days.
Paddy was awarded Triathlon Ireland Coach of the Year in 2015
Nutrition Coach - Jenna Henning
Jenna has operated in the fitness industry for over 10 years, gaining experience and working with athletes & teams from a wide range of backgrounds in Strength & Conditioning, endurance training and nutrition. She has a deep rooted passion for sport and has enjoyed individual success as a triathlete having completed 5 Ironman Triathlons, winning her AG at Ironman UK and then competing at the Ironman World Championships in Kona in 2016.
She has honed her skills as a seasoned coach and is passionate about advancing her knowledge and experience onto others. She takes pride in providing the best advice, education and support for clients as they develop and implement strategic strength and nutritional plans for their chosen goals/lifestyle.
